About the Event

What should physicians expect from this session?

This discussion panel will cover real estate investing from a new perspective. This is no Physician Investing 101. This is a Creative Real Estate Investing Mastermind. For those that have dipped their feet into real estate investing, or would like to but don't find the basic strategies usually discussed too watered-down for their liking, this will expand their potential approaches to future investments.

Why attend/What to expect?

We will focus on pursuing different pathways to the same endpoint. This includes lowering your listing price while making more on the total investment, multi-directional sales deals (more than 2 people; buyer, seller), free and clear ownership vs staying in debt for higher returns, and/or buying for cash flow vs value appreciation.
