Then join us for this interactive, online fundraising workshop, which will provide practical, step by step advice. It will feature talks from entrepreneurs who have successfully raised money for their businesses and investors funding companies. Learn expert tips, the pitfalls to avoid, what investors are looking for, how equity works, and more.
Meet the Speakers:
Faye Sahai: As an innovation leader and inclusive change advisor, Faye invests in startups and advise companies in innovative and inclusive strategies to drive transformation for companies including AIG, Schwab, Deloitte Consulting, Blue Shield, and Kaiser Permanente. She is Managing Director of Telosity Fund at Vinaj Ventures. She has Launched the AIG Global Innovation Center, managed the Kaiser Permanente Innovation Lab and Fund for Technology, and assessed, piloted and scaled thousands of products and services such as: care anywhere apps, robotic couriers, blockchain smart contracts, artificial intelligence for self-service, wearables for workers safety, mobile apps for safe driving.
Liz Rockett is Managing Director of Kaiser Permanente Ventures which invests in healthcare IT, digital health and tech-enabled services in healthcare. She also serves as Board Director at Big Health, Everytable, OssoVR, and Kit Check, board observer to DexCare and Omada Groups, and LP advisor to Rock Health.
Orrin Ailloni Charasis Founder and Managing Partner at Cura Capital, serves on the Board of Directors at UCSF Health Hub, and is General Partner at Global Health Impact Fund. He also co-founded Hermes Life Science Ventures.
Uli Chettipally is a physician, researcher, author, innovator. He is the Founder and President of InnovatorMD and also founded Sirica Therapeutics, a robotics/VR device for autism. He built an award-winning Clinical Decision Support platform at Kaiser Permanente. His book, "Punish the Machine! The Promise of Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare" is available on Amazon.
