Dr. Gordon Chen is Chief Medical Officer of ChenMed, where he manages all clinicians and clinical leaders and oversees clinical training, quality, outcomes, physician culture, and medical costs. He has helped the company expand from 6 medical centers to 74 locations in 10 states. He has also hired and trained more than 150 providers on ChenMed’s unique value-based health-care-delivery system. Dr. Sapna Shah-Haque, MD MBA is a board certified Internal Medicine physician. She was born and raised in Kansas, and attended medical school at the University of Kansas [KU] School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at KU-Wichita as well. After experiencing burnout herself, and watching other physician colleagues burn out, it became a passion of hers to look into different aspects of burnout.
