Hospital at Home is emerging as a central infrastructure in the future of value-based care. Despite the potential and emphasis placed on this intervention, to date the volume of patients has been relatively small. This talk emphasizes the necessity to involve clinicians in these hospital system level interventions to ensure success and avoid internal landmines.
